On 10 December, IEA Chief Economist Fatih Birol travelled to Rome for the Italian launch of the World Energy Outlook 2010. The event was hosted by Enel’s CEO and General Manager, Fulvio Conti, with the participation among others of Undersecretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vincenzo Scotti, and Undersecretary of Ministry for Economic Development, Stefano Saglia.
