ECRB reports 1% smart meter penetration, great retail price differences and good billing policies

At its 15th meeting, the ECRB released three reports on the development of the electricity prices, smart metering and billing policies in the Energy Community. The findings of the three papers are based on raw data collected via questionnaires. The Energy Community regulatory authorities from the Contracting Parties, Observers, including some Participants, completed the questionnaires.
