Secretariat presents its Annual Report on the Implementation of the Treaty

On 24 September 2010, the Secretariat presented its annual implementation report covering the period of mid 2009 to mid 2010. Five years after signature of the Treaty, implementation also was the focus of both the 18th PHLG and the 8th Ministerial Council meetings.
