Study on Regulation of Gas Tariffs and Quality now available

In June 2009, the Secretariat contracted KEMA to provide an overview of natural gas pricing issues, both distribution and retail, in the EU member states and to benchmark these with the
European best practice. The study, furthermore, analyses tariff levels, tariff and quality regulations and specific treatments for vulnerable customers currently applied in the gas distribution and gas supply markets in the Energy Community Contracting Parties.
